Goan

I put the cat beds and toys in the garden while I washed the kitchen floor (Saturday fun) this morning. stinky* wasn't happy and had to be told who was boss.  Soon after this he - boss -  styled out rolling off the table and went to his bed (see extra)

Himself and I went to see his mum this afternoon. She was much much better than last week (when I was pretty convinced she wouldn't be leaving hospital) and there's talk of her going home, with more support, next week. She's very anxious about it but there was definitely some of the independent woman we all know starting to show through.

A quiet night is called for with home made Goan curry (not me cooking) and a bottle of wine.
