Montbretia after the rain

It's been a day of sunshine and showers which always makes flowers look pretty.  This is montbretia in the garden.  It was trying to take over the garden so the clump was reduced in size.

This morning I watched the Women's World Cup semi finals and pleased that England is through to the semi finals.

Afterwards I did various jobs at home and went for a walk around the village.
