James and Katie

We had an "interesting" drive to Southampton to have lunch with James and Katie today.  There was one unplanned diversion on the way, when the A36 was shut near Warminster, presumably because of an accident.  On the way back we came across another accident at a junction where there had clearly been a collision . Fortunately we managed to get home safely without getting involved in any accidents ourselves.  

It was lovely to see James and Katie and to catch up on their news. We didn't do much other than have lunch and chat, but as it's been a bit of a blustery showery day that's perhaps for the best. Here's a natural light portrait of the pair of them looking as happy as ever in each other's company.
