Last night the kids decided to run the ParkRun
Along Troon Beach.

Tooli runs 10ks quite often but has always tried for an under 30 minute 5k… her brother promised he would get her there

And he did! The three of them paced each other and all came in at 29 minutes and 15 seconds (16 seconds / 17 seconds ) something like that

Aw. I was well happy for them.

I had went to the florist to collect my ‘summer bouquet which I had ordered last night and while I was stood there I looked at a pretty posy of sweet peas. I am growing them but these were so pretty I said I’lol have a wee bunch of these too…. £8.00

£8.00. I said erm no I think I’ll just pick the ones at my allotment. Wow. It’s so weird. Imagine. She told me they have a customer who buys 300 each year

That would cost £240. Can you imagine! £240 for some wee flowers which would last maybe two
Weeks. Heavens above

For the third day in a row I have managed 10000 steps. My knees are knackered. And my ankle is falling off. But I’ll keep it up. It can only get better
