Summer

After the excitement of yesterday, today was a bit of an anti climax. And while the rest if the world* enjoyed the sunshine, we had grey skies.

Never mind. I returned to Fat Club and was delighted to 'STS' (that's stay the same Mum) which is pretty good going after the excesses of the past fortnight!

Red and I pottered about the house and garden all afternoon. Berni came to play before Cabybara and then he and his younger brother came back afterwards for tea to help their mum out. They spent most of the time in the hammock with Ally reading Beano comics! Berni has suggested a comic for Ally now that the Dandy is no longer printed - The Phoenix.
