Notes: Another busy-ish day around the house. Kathy had the best day yet, hoping there is improvement that continues! We also watched Fisk on Netflix together and laughed quite a bit. She was up and around quite a bit. For dinner, I made a ground beef mixture with broccoli, vidalia onions, mushrooms in a coconut cream sauce with seasonings of spicy paprika, ginger, lemon pepper ... put over cauliflower rice. Was quite good! Watched a storm come in on the back deck but was blowing so came in and watched a bit more Netflix.
