First View From The Terrace

The first home game of the season saw us back on the terrace behind the goal, enjoying a rather nervy but very welcome 2-1 win against St Albans who made the play off final in this league last season. They looked a good team but we look to have got experienced strikers this season who will take their chances when they get them; they both scored today and the home fans went home relieved and happy.

Earlier it was the 200th Street Park Run which saw a good turn out.

We were back in time to enjoy the England Women’s Quarter Final against Colombia. Two hard fought 2-1 wins in one day is not good for the nerves!
