Faioléan Scadán

I did a quick(ish) yomp around the circuit in the very slight mizzle and was admiring the reflections when I realised I was being watched. Herring gulls have a bit of a bad press but this one was very well behaved and courteous - looking rather noble here I think, in his pink stockings. The red spot on the beak is always a bit alarming although apparently it is nothing more sinister than a mark for the babies to aim for when they are feeding.

A catch up sort of day - household chores, then sorting out more book orders. The paperwork is intense but you have to be so on the ball.

Himself having a bit of a backward step today and severe brain fog and fatigue. What a horrible virus it is.
