Surfers

In the bay yesterday.

I did have plans for today, in fact my cupboards are bare, I really needed to go shopping. But, this morning I slipped in the shower. The pain that shot through my already compromised knee was agonising, and took my breath away. I can barely walk. Managed to get the dog to the front gate and had to turn round. It is agony. No shopping, just the sofa all day. I can’t describe the pain, and only. Hope I can drive to morrow as have a vet appointment for dog in the morning and the physio in the afternoon. And I don’t even have milk!
