Dinner and dessert

Our old neighbors wanted some crabs today as they are here on vacation. Hubby gave them several dozen and cooked the rest for me to pick for our friends who are coming to visit from Germany. We will make crab cakes with the meat.
We took our mother to dinner this afternoon. She likes to get out of the house once in a while besides going for Dr. appointments. My sister and BIL joined us for dinner. We hit the DQ on the way home. She also loves her ice cream. When you are 94+ you do not have to worry about what you eat.
