Best of a bad bunch

I watched a dermatology doctor on Loose Women on Friday talking about always using CeraVe SPF50 moisturiser under make-up, and I decided to give it a try.  (I had been using Lacura Factor 50 but it leaves the face looking white and sticky).  Very pleased with the cream and have now bought their cleansing lotion.

Osteopath this afternoon for a bit of maintenance.

Not inspired today and didn’t understand the mono-Monday theme.
