Little brown job

Two shocking nights sleep in a row and feeling shattered today.

A visit to the dentist this morning and all's well with the gum transplant, so I can eat normally and brush carefully in the transplant area.  An appointment made with the hygienist for early September.

Yesterday I took delivery of a cheap flash diffuser for the macro lens and have been experimenting with it, although not with this picture, which was taken through the kitchen window.

It could be a chiffchaff, but I suspect it's a willow warbler as they have a habit of following great tits around.  Goodness know why, but there have been a couple flitting about today.  Not terribly sharp because it was a quick grab shot.  There were two of them, which I've not seen before.
