SUNDAY

I went out on a 5 mile run in the hills above the village taking the steep track through the hamlet of Sodom and then climbing to Noel-Y-Gaer,  an Iron Age hillfort at the northern end of the Clwydian Range.


This afternoon I painted the first coat on the garage door and frame.
