Made with dried, pressed forget me not which are covered in glossy accents. It’s attached to a braded cord that will wrap around a future journal. I used strips of fabric for the braid.
It’s the anniversary of dads death today, 36 years ago, and after I’d made the heart I realised it was perfect for this day. The forget me not are picked at our summer pasture, many years ago, a place he really loved. Funny how things work unconsciously sometimes.
