The laundry pulley fell on my head! I’m a liability and not fit to be left alone!

It looks shiny because I rubbed Deep Relief on it, It’s a good anti-inflammatory gel.
Sarah next door has been taking Bella out and they went a long walk this morning. She will take her round the block at about 3 and again at 9 pm. 

I’m hoping for my MRI scan results next week. The consultant is on holiday this week.

I had plans for while Frank is away but I’ll have to find things to do that don’t involve legs! Knitting, reading, ukulele and sketching. Should keep me occupied :-)
Time for a cuppa.
