Dun Aonghus Fort …

… on the Aran Islands. A semi-circular fort at the edge of a cliff side offering excellent defence to ancient armies. A good walk to the site with some lovely wild flowers (extra attached). Windy with some rain but not cold. Dangerous near the edge and even more so on a very windy day. Views of the fort from the sea also attached.
