Snail's pace

Another scorcher today which makes everyone just that bit more relaxed and, erm, nicer.

We all took a trip to the playground on the way home and played Hide and Seek (the kids marvelled at Daddy's ingenious hiding spots - he didn't tell them that he kept moving when we weren't looking) and I tried to entice a few snails into having a race.

They weren't having any of it.

Perhaps I've had too much sun today?
