And as I haven’t taken any photos today, this will have to do!

Moira picked me up this morning and we went to the garden centre for coffee. It’s been a while and we had a lot of catching up to do, we were out for 3 hours! Such a nice change to get out, and she was very considerate dropping me at the door before parking etc. 

That said, the knee is definitely a bit better, almost back to where I started before the shower incident. Long may the improvement continue!
