The Diminishing Pool….

Maisie and my favourite pool in the Taylor River is shrinking in column. Such a shame as it is a lovely swimming hole in the summer. Spring fed, hidden from most folks, the neighborhood kids know it’s location. The debris draped over the branch and tree on the right was left behind after the floods of winter last year. It shows the height of the flood water through that stretch of the river. It was very dramatic.
A dull, chilly start to the day. Rain set in from the afternoon. A day to hunker down indoors.
