Hundested, Denmark
It's a beautiful hot, sunny day here in Hundested, a small port town in the northern part of the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark.
We had a nice walk from the ship to the house of Knud Rasmussen with a wander along the stony coastline on the way. Knud Rasmussen was born in Greenland but moved to Denmark as a child and became famous for his expeditions to places like Iceland and Lapland in the early 1900s.
Hundested has a lovely marina and a few shops and having had a delicious plate of prawns and a local beer, we are off back to the ship as we sail today at 3.30pm.
