Biker Chick In Bergen

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We were on a very early ferry to Bergen to meet Biker Chick (who came from Sogndal) for the weekend.

After having lunch by lille lungegårdsvann, we took the Fløibanen funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen and sat in the sunshine, admiring the spectacular view and catching up.

It’s so warm here so after a few hours exploring Bergen, we settled at Brian Boru for a drink. I think all of our trips are now just a part of The Prince’s worldwide tour of Irish pubs!

We waddled home after a fantastic curry (in India Gate) and a great night with BC. She is another friend who, no matter how long it’s been, feels like it’s just yesterday since we last caught up and it’s so easy to pick up from there.
