Badminton,Bbq and bowling.

Full on day, starting with a bike ride explore to the treehouses and Country club. Its a massive area, but so lovely not to have car traffic. The closer to the periphery, the less people and more wildlife although we have had ducks and their babies, deer and squirrels outside on the patio. Surprisingly quiet at the lodge. 
We played badminton for an hour then came back to the lodge for lunch. Back to the plaza for some swim time, rapids, flumes and lagoon time. So much laughter and so much water swallowed!!
We did a sausage and burger bbq back at the lodge and there was just enough heat in the coals for smores. Tasty! 
I suggested we might still be having a few days away together when the kids have boyfriends and girlfriends....the conversation that ensued had us all crying with laughter! Happy memories. 

We then went out for ten pin bowling, a cocktail and the boys played pool. First time for FK.
All happily exhausted for bed.
