Sunday roast

The main thing on the agenda today was going to the pub for Sunday roast.

We booked a table at a local (6 miles away) pub, recommended by a number of visitors to the converted stables we are staying in.

We were not disappointed - it was scrummy and I followed mine with a Baileys cheesecake.

After lunch, we went our sever ate ways for a while - our son/dIL and Phoebe went off to the local big supermarket (40 mins away); our daughter/SIL and boys went to the sea to do some crabbing: and hubby and I returned home for an afternoon siesta.

After tge children went to bed tonight, a games evening. Good fun, lots of laughs, competition … and everyone was a winner.

Off to the beach tomorrow.
