Covered
Today's blip is an ESB (emergency stationary blip) of some notebooks I covered using pictures from a calendar. Much nicer than the original plain covers which means I am more likely to use them.
Today was a typical Monday. After breakfast I did some Duolingo and then my strength exercises. After that I did cleaning, washing and made soup. The afternoon was spent on "proper" Gaelic study following by some genealogy. I then headed down for a swim and after tea did some more genealogy.
The focus of my genealogy was to identify my earliest ancestor born in Dundee. It looks likes this was Margaret Ogilvie born in Dundee in 1793. Her parents were from Longforgan. Three of her sons went to sea, including my great great grandfather. Another son was a stone-mason and he emigrated to South Africa in the 1840. He married three times and had 16 children. I have made connections with a number of his descendants via Facebook.
The book I have written this in hasn't been covered but may be so come the 1st of September.
