Mosquitos

In the late afternoon and evening the grounds are run by mosquitos. It is ok in the morning, it is ok at noon. The mosquitos are much worse than usual, and there are far fewer dragonflies. This makes sense, there aren’t as many dragonflies to eat the mosquitos. But why aren’t there as many dragonflies? Supposedly encroachment on their habitat but no one is encroaching right here and the same conditions that are good for mosquitos are good for dragonflies. 

Bats. We need many more bats. 

Ukrainian military leaders say their units are better trained and equipped than ever, thanks to Western aid. They now know how to manage the training of fresh soldiers and replenish their ranks after losses, even while continuing to fight. Almost every unit has grown in professionalism and size. 


The cluster bombs are working.


Russian soldiers are reluctant to get in range of Ukrainian guns. 


Domino’s will stop trying to sell its 68 stores in Russia and just declare bankruptcy (for the Russian subsidiary). It is “an increasingly challenging environment” and they’ve also been getting a lot of criticism.
