Welcome Gran and Papa
My Mum and Dad have come to stay until Saturday. Orla, Conor and I took a trip up to Euston this afternoon to meet them from the train. Orla was so excited. When we got off the DLR at Limehouse she ran on ahead, eventually getting tangled up in those long legs of hers and falling over, resulting in two skint knees. Both had to be cleaned with antiseptic wipes and one required a plaster. She felt so sorry for herself and kept limping around inside the flat. This is her on the balcony with Gran and Papa showing them the sights. They were discussing which boat they would buy if they won the lottery. Mum and Dad babysat for us tonight. We just went out locally; a drink in The Grapes (lovely little old pub, dates back to 1583 apparently) and dinner in The Narrow, which was absolutely delicious. We were home by 10 and both children were asleep, although Conor didn't take his bottle so he soon woke up for a feed. Orla was a bit trying by the sounds of things. Her nose was out of joint because we went out without her.
