Tuesday

A walk along to the Hospice Cafe and a tea and scone with a friend this morning. 

In all afternoon, where my mood dropped, then I got angry, and anxious, and had negative thoughts. 
Tried to do my jigsaw but wasn't interested so just lay on the sofa watching stuff letting things wash over me on the laptop.
