Had to get to the chemist today to get my meds. I really didn't want to leave the flat. 
Walked home via the park and hadn't seen these gladioli before. 
Spoke to the Dr today and she has finally heard from my psychiatrist. The suggestion is to stop my current meds and start new ones. Now to start weaning off and restarting...
Got an appt through for my kidney ultrasound. 3wks to go.
