Yet another fungus

…….. but it is the season for them and this one was such a pretty colour I just couldn’t resist it.
Today was a very satisfying day with lots of jobs ticked off on the ‘to do’ list. Having cooked Nick one of his favourite meals (cheese omelette) my last task of the day was to collect my own meal from the Spicy Sprout at the Village Hall. This was a special treat, a thali of three different vegetarian curries, basmati rice,  chapati, cucumber mint and red onion pickle, and date and tamarind chutney. The whole thing was delicious, produced by a very talented local lass.
