Peas……

…….. the sweet variety, and they have a wonderful perfume, even when dampened down by the rain.
It has been another windy day but the forecast rain didn’t arrive until quite well on in the afternoon so I managed to complete a few outdoor jobs. We felt like lighting the wood burner in the evening but it wasn’t cold despite the wintry looking weather on the other side of the window, so we resisted.
