Reed Reflections
The rain held off for an evening walk that Pete and I led round King's Dyke NR. The group wasn't too large which gave plenty of time to appreciate the hidden gems of the site including the bladders of Greater Bladderwort, stoneworts, aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates and the many tiny plants which are so characteristic of brownfield sites. Not much time for photography, but I loved the patterns made by these reflected reeds.
