Astrantia

I’m not sure why I waited so long to get an Astrantia for our current garden; they are such lovely flowers and good doers.
The weather forecast has let me down this week for my butterfly survey. At the start of the week, today looked the best day, but it has gradually deteriorated and it was raining when I got up this morning. I’ll have to do it on Friday, so here’s hoping that it’s suitable.
