Keeper of the Gate

A pottering, catching up kind of day - mainly getting bird and fungi records done. Mr PB made a big dent in cutting our wildflower meadow while the weather is looking fairly steady. I spotted this Gatekeeper on my way out to check his progress. I’m planning a butterfly survey at Longshaw tomorrow, so fingers crossed that the weather holds.
