Early Shift Sunrise

A beautiful morning, and mostly a beautiful sunny day.  Fairly warm and breezy.

Up at 5am, back to work after my holiday.  I arrived at the airport, and a day mostly meeting and boarding flights.  I caught up with some online training, a spell in with oil and gas flights, and an international charter.  Mam, big Brian and Madeline all came by to see Sammy this evening.  Sammy's been to the vet again, and had various teeth removed.  The vet said he did great under anesthetic, apart from the teeth, everything else is healthy.  Poor Sammy is feeling sorry for himself tonight, not easy when you can't explain what's happened.  Hopefully a good night's rest, he'll be bouncing around tomorrow.  Early to bed tonight.

Sammy wasn't up for a photo this evening, good job I snapped one on my way to work.  After three weeks off work, there's been a big change in the light in the morning.  Only starting to get light when I woke, sunrise was at 535am.  I'd happily live in summer all year round, with light mornings and nights, but the seasons do change.  Taken from Northpunds, Levenwick.
