Dog filled day

Started the day with a run with the dogs and a friend at Cardinham. My friend is a personal trainer (not mine I can't afford her) but she thought she would add some drills into our run so I had a good workout.
Later I went mantrailing, Dina's turn this time, she is such fun and fast and difficult to read this makes it so exciting when I get it right
