Fun busy day

When I woke the only thing I had in the diary was a walk with a friend at Cardinham at 1pm. So I thought since I wasn't feeling ok since my last run I would do it again, went the other way around and did it a minute quicker.
Then shower, down a pint of water, make a coffee and eat a slice of banana bread and off to meet my friend.
Lovely walk and the dogs enjoyed it.
While there I get a message from my mantrailing trainer "did I want to trail Dina tonight as a space had come up?" His actual words were did I want to do a Dina dash (this is what we call Dina's trailing, as she does it at full speed lol)
So tonight I went trailing with Dina.
It's getting dark at 20:30, we are soon going to have to use head torches
