Wooden statue

In a apple tree yard I had seen what looked like a statue. But it was already late, after sunset, so I decided to postpone my visit.
Midday today I entered the yard. No fence around it, no signs, hence no trespassing.
It was indeed a statue, carved out of a tree trunk. (I didn't test whether the trunk was still with roots or just standing loosely. Didn't want it to tumble over.)
The face is not perfect, the body has holes in places where they shouldn't be. Nevertheless, I liked it. (And I would be more than happy when I would be able to carve something like that.)
