Just what the doctor ordered!

My view this teatime in Charlotte's garden... peaceful and beautiful. I've escaped for a week for some R&R after weeks of putting others first and trying to sort their needs. It culminated in FIL attempting to take his own life in desperation to escape the existence he has been coping with for months.
In consequence I've been absent from blip for a while but am having a go at putting myself first at least for this week.
Let's see how it goes! This is day one.
