Here Comes The Sun!

Well, the smiles have also returned to our faces.
The materials were delivered in the morning yesterday.
The workmen arrived at 08.00 this morning.
The sun was out and the skies were blue.
The work was done in about four hours, including 15 coffee minutes.
The 13 panels clicked into work.  The app was downloaded.
The power company and insurance company were both informed.
The cleaning up took roughly 45 minutes.
We're now the boss of our own power... ?  Actually... yeah.  We'll even be able to sell excess stock to the grid.  Neat, huh?
The bill will be paid immediately soonest it arrives.
Government subsidy (they're tax-free now) will end by end 2024, so we took advantage of it now.

Housekeeping.  Supermarket errands (on foot, of course).  Kitchen duties.  Some gaming, some napping, a lot of genealogy, online bridge.  After dinner, in the late evening, AW and I high-5ed each other a dozen times -- so much accomplished in 12 months.  Very, very thankful.
