The Shaun the Sheep Trail...

...is presented by and raising funds for St Oswald's Hospice...

Its aim is to raise awareness of the hospice movement, and at the end of the trail the sculptures will be auctioned off on behalf of the charity. Previous trails have been very successful - the Snow Dogs were the first, and the Elmer Elephants were more recent - I've blipped both, I think ;)

We saw two Shauns on Grey Street when we went in to Newcastle today, on a mission to Waterstones! Earl Grey and the vertiginous Metro escalator also feature, alongside the Fenwick's Flock of mini Shauns ;)
