Lindisfarne Castle

Today is the last day of our cruise and we are doing a rather odd thing. We left Lerwick last night and cruised at a (sea) snail's pace across then down, to the Northumberland coast for 'scenic cruising' passing the island of Lindisfarne before turning and heading back again! Given that most of the passengers live in Scotland or Northern England, it seems a bit odd to spend the day at sea when we could all just go home but hey-ho, the sun shone again so we are making the most of it and going home tomorrow.
