To Sua Trench

I ventured down the slippery ladder today, it’s steeper than it looks and a long way down.
But I was glad I did it.
Amazing swim just floating around with the sometimes very strong currents pulling in and out. There are underwater ropes to hang on to, which I definitely kept hold of. I didn’t want to be the one person swept out under the cliff to the sea!
It can be dangerous .
