Ivy 107 years old

So pleased that I timed my visit to Ivy right this morning.
She was alert and chatty and pleased to see me. Her mind was clear and memory great.
Managed a cup of tea by herself.
She loves her cup of tea.

She did say this a few times ( her words)
“Why don’t they just die me now “

I replied that they weren’t allowed to and that God must have a good reason for keeping her here with us for a bit longer!
Plus I told her that I enjoyed giving her hugs and cuddles.

She just nodded and said “ I suppose he knows best”.
