Vipana Valley

A full final day with a last visit to the wetlands around Stržen where we watched a couple of paddle boarders negotiate the aquatic grass snakes.

And a mountain drive interspersed with another delicious picnic lunch, minus the delicious Vipana wine that the region is famous for. almost to the summit of Ninos.

Currently waiting in Ljubljana for the delayed flight back to London. Stunning views of the high peaks of the Kamnik Alps, good company and strong WiFi.
