Pizza dough

The pizza dough is not meant to get a second prove according to the recipe, but it had to this time because I forgot about making the sauce. Oops.

The pizza still came out delicious!

For bread dough, I do get my hands dirty, although I use the mixer with dough hooks to combine all the ingredients first, so it’s less icky.
