Walk to the library to get a book called Grief Works written by a lady called Julia Samuel who is a grief psychotherapist.
I walked further into town for a coffee and almond croissant and sat and read quite a bit of it. It’s a New York Times bestseller and I actually found a few of the case studies and her writings to be relevant and relatable.
Walked home, sorted out some of mum’s stuff for donations and dropped off at the Oxfam bookshop and BHF.
Laura and Ben said they would come for tea and help make a dent in the massive steak pie Gunga brought. Cameron was at his dad in St Andrews. Dave arrived later. We had a look through mums many photo albums. A lot of the 80s and 90s with Laura berating some of the clothes I dressed her in and we had a good laugh. It was the 80s! Lol.
I was so very tired maybe the effects of the pneumonia jag but was sleeping by 10:30.
Ben and Paps having a look at the Gaelic!
