After the game

Here is Leo after the grand final of the AFL game. His team didn’t win but he played well and chose this photo for today’s blip. The game was in Orange (next city west of here). It was the first outing we have had for months not including a birthday lunch out. We are usually happy to be home bodies but we had a nice drive in the pea soup fog clearing to a very warm day. 

Orange and Bathurst are rural cities of about 45,000 people. In between is farming land. Other than the continual roadworks it’s a pretty drive from the bottom of the valley to top of the mountain range. We are heading back there during the week as I’m going to the orthopaedic specialist to see what he can do about my silly knee.
