A happy passenger…

The TomTom took us on a wonderful, quiet and scenic route to the Festival of Transport. Thank you TomTom! D is a very capable driver but I do find the Riley ride stressful at times!! No mod cons! But I do love the car.

We no sooner parked in our given section when the skies opened and we watched others head for their cars and all activity stop for a while. It was a bit like that for the rest of the day.

A good day though and this year other cars had my attention, having friends who own similar vintage models Our Riley was the only one of its kind today.

A super annual visit to an old friend and then home ‘via’ Eastbourne. The evenings are drawing in. We were glad to back on well lit roads!
