Side dish…

A lovely day! A Bank Holiday at home.

A super visit from friends this morning, lunch out in the garden, a pootley afternoon preparing for the ladies tea here tomorrow, a nice phone chat with Helen, a visit to Iris this evening who has done great things over the weekend, and ending with a lazy takeaway meal this evening.

D went swimming this morning, replanted the front baskets, re- potted two plants from my courtyard garden, read a lot more of his book (!) and also enjoyed an unhurried day.
