Notes: Up just before 7a and went for another jog - 25 min and felt better this time. Quite warm already and don't enjoy the sweating. Went ahead and got some water on the lawn before showering and relaxing. Kathy didn't have a good night and we got her to the office (in pic) to lay on the floor again but it was a pretty rough movement and quite painful. She stayed there pretty much all day. Around 1230p, I made us a spinach/goat cheese omelet to share and then later warmed up the remaining salmon from her friend Laura. Some evening showers and we sat out back a bit with a beer tho it was still a bit warm and sticky - saw a rainbow! We set up Kathy to sleep on the office floor with a mattress pad - Lizzy was a bit confused and kept running between the rooms and slept with me for awhile but moved around a lot and had to go out and pee several times.
